Message	By "they see insurance as a kind of lottery", I mean "they, on average, are more likely to see insurance as a kind of lottery". The fraction of ones that actually behave that way might be quite small, but said fraction is much larger than in people with good credit. I am saying this to be statistically-correct, not politically-correct... - John
